Fine Blanking Hydraulic Press Loaded to Yangjiang
This is 500 ton frame rail guide fine blanking hydraulic press of servo control system. It’s a new design based on the cold forging hydraulic press. Inside the moving beam and lower working table, there are 4 edge-press cylinders around which improve the precision.
This press is for stainless steel knife blanking. During the operation, the edge of the sheet metal would be pressed. With the edge-press cylinder, the knife would be perfectly blank within one step.
Except for the stainless steel knife, this press is also widely used for other high-precision products like motorcycle chain gear. Together with the press, we are able to supply the molds and technical support as well.
There are standard 300 ton, 500 ton, 650 ton, 800 ton, 1000 ton and 1500 ton. For the small tonnage, both four column type and frame rail guide type are available. But for the big tonnage, frame rail guide type is recommended. And if it’s necessary, we could customize accordingly.
