and more reasonable in 30 to 60 ℃, abnormal temperature should stop check;(hydraulic oil should be added before
use);
2, According to the lubrication requirements of the machine lubrication maintenance.
3, After working for one year, the hydraulic oil should be released from the bed tank to clean the oil tank, and the
filtered hydraulic oil
should be refilled, and the oil quantity should be determined at 3/4 height of the oil mark.
4, The filter net on the oil suction pipe must be cleaned or washed regularly
5, Check handle, knob and key regularly for damage.
6, The motor must be kept clean, and the air intake screen of the motor should be kept in a good state of ventilation and should not be
blocked.、
7, Lubricate and clean the machine tool 10 minutes before leaving work every day.
8, Non-operators are strictly forbidden to operate the equipment and must stop when people leave the aircraft.
9, Before starting up the machine should check the circuit, oil road leakage phenomenon, should be shut down when the
machine lubrication and scrub clean machine.
